This is a nice place to see the city from a different perspective and with the terrace near the water, you get a real holiday feeling. 

Nazka

Nazka is a Peruvian restaurant that has been opened a few weeks ago. There are two owners who love the Peruvian cuisine. The Peruvian cuisine is very sophisticated and has influences from China and Japan. The owners of Nazka are trying to cook typical Peruvian dishes with a twist. If you’re up for something new, this is the place to visit. They have quinoa ice cream as a dessert! And also the typical chevice is on their menu. 

Hula Hula

Hawaii, here we come. Hula Hula has openend last week and has a hawaiian feeling to it. If you enter the restaurant you get a flower necklace. The waitresses walk around in the typical clothing from Hawaii. And they serve some good food! You’ll find fish, Hawaiian dishes and ‘Bakkeljauw’ on the menu. Bakkeljauw is a dish that they prepare in the caribean. Hula Hula is located in the city center of Amsterdam. After a stroll through the city, this is one of the hotspots in Amsterdam to chill.
